Aviendha was formed by four students in Bergen 2004. Since then the band has
played at the Lost-Weekend festival outside of Bergen and the Rockfest festival in Haugesund. They have also played support for the norwegian bands Black Debbath and Torch.
The music Aviendha play is heavy and slow stonerlike rock, with influences from Kyuss and Tool to Crowbar and Electric Wizard. The band is a heavy-hitting liveband, with a dark, energetic and heavy show.
Aviendha's third EP "As the horizon burns" is out now.
